Now, PVC in VOU, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. Earlier was full time Author and Founder Director in www.ijordgroup.in. As usual with full devotion authored 42 books. Prior to that he was a Full Professor; in UPES and till 2012, he was part of Strategic Management Committee as a Vice President Academic Affairs (PVC-Academics) in the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun/Delhi and working directly with Honorable President, CEO, Honourable Chancellor, Honourable Vice Chancellor, and Honorable Pro-Vice Chancellor (Admin) and thus was part of every decision that shapes the positive future of the University. As a VP AA, he solved daily academies and academic administration problems in the relatively new university and built the standard continuous evaluation and implementation procedure and system to a level of self-propagation and even streamlined the strategic affairs as well.  For this he had to send 13000 emails to his team members, go their desks, and he had to develop more than 75 Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to link every academic and administrative operation in the University with SAP higher education and suggest modifications to the Team of ICT engineers. Thus, he restructured student admission to final placement procedure and system as a part of Academics. It helped UPES to become first University to implement SAP. He solved all these problems by respectfully conducting meeting at the chamber/desk of Chancellor, Vice Chancellor to Pro-Vice Chancellor (Admin) to Directors and at the desk and chamber of each and every Faculty to every executive, student leaders and thus every stake holder of UPES. He firmly believes that position is given to serve and solve the problems not to enjoy it in the chamber by holding that position. Many claimed he did the job of 5 years in the span of ONE year. That’s his work is worship approach and he believes that god does these work through him.
About Academic Excellence, in brief, he holds Bachelors of Engineering, MBA, M. Tech. , and PhD (Management) and PDF from Nagpur University accredited by Government of Canada through WES, when he worked in Canada, his M. Tech. in IT with specialization in CRM and ERP is from Karnataka University. In academics he was Silver Medalist in his Bachelors. His UNESCO paper to take human civilization to stars and beyond and what are the qualities that humans should have and how to develop skills and infrastructure for that has been appreciated by the world. For this he has been awarded by lot of international bodies with awards like Bharat Jyoti Award, International Goldstar Award, High Achievers Award, etc.

He has published extensively, even in UNESCO level Journals, internationals Engineering and Management journals and in the International and National conferences, and has won, the best paper awards at international level conferences, that too delivered in English and Sanskrit languages.

Electronic HRM, developed for Michigan University courses in Alliance Business School, Bangalore. It helped students in getting better skills and exposure to the corporate world and helped them placement in Fortune 500 industries, these students are still in touch with him on facebook and linkedin

His efforts in taking Computer Education to village level are well known in Maharashtra, when his book “Computer and IT Competency made easy” reached the grass root level for MSCIT exams in the year 2004. Also, he is invited to deliver lecture on highly technical topics but made easy, lucid and understandable language for layman. As part of this, he has delivered lectures even on Knowledge Management, in remotest parts of India, where thousands of students, academia and industrial fraternity have keenly attended it, and got benefited in life and work place.

He has global experience of almost 22 years in the core Industry, Engineering and Management Consultancy, Industrial and Academic Research, and, Teaching core and specialized management subjects in the top ranked Business Schools around the world. He was part of ISO 9000, ISO 14000 in KEC International, TS 16489 to his company in Canada, in UPES, and have evaluated Master Black Belts with their organizations, during SCMHRD-6 sigma event as well.

His award winning Google blog, www.managementengineering.blogspot.com  is read by almost 300000 professionals around the world, due to its sheer content, every year.

He likes mentoring students who are willing to work hard even though they have excellent academic background, thus, his mentored students are now a days studying in the topmost/ top ranked universities around the world, and some are doing great in their professional career as well as in their lives. He feels proud about them. As a matter of fact, the students whom he mentored have always topped their domain in their respective Universities. Some students, to whom he can mentor for certain skills, also take mentorship from others, who, willingly help students to develop certain other admin/ soft skills to be able to do well in their professional career. Thus, since 1994 till date, the students to whom he mentored at least one student have been a topper of the University in his/her domain every year. Just to mention here, he treats his students like his own children. Also, some of his Summer Internship Projects done with his students have fetched millions of dollar business for them and they have become full time entrepreneurs now. He feels it’s their hard work and their work is worship approach that fetched them these results.
