"True Leadership is complete package of leading humans from the front on earth as well as trans-species and trans-world communication. S/He knows ow to do the work and how get done as well. He has all the knowledge with him and communication and skills to live in peace with community for thousands of years, though he could overpower them, he allows them to progress and live in peace. The best example could be Shri Ram / Lord Ram. Who could lead the army of monkeys, bears and other species and who could communicate with lord of ocean and trans world with Gods. Otherwise, all other leaderships are temporary and selfish it seems", when I said it to children, they said, "True, Uncle/ Sir. Even Father or Mother gives/ donate us chocolate they expect us to be quite or some work or at least live in peace. (We laughed a lot).

Some called me Uncle some Sir.
