Is leadership a temporary phase or event or specific to personality?
The organisations founded by them, or lead by them and followers makes it look like so if you analyse
Just look at Indian National Congress...
Gone Gandhiji and it started evaporating its values and value system, no good leader left,
Benefits went to near and dear-ones of the party men...etc.
Look at other political parties,
Look at most of the nations,
Look at .....many avatars, leaders,....spiritual figures and this and that, and later their followers....
Even, we have seen followers of one leader clash with followers of other, then why the....leadership required? No need of one face only...
If we try to make only one face, as representative, others may be even better than that figure gets hurt, and we lose, multi-millions from consensus,
Then, why not we humans build a system where we don't depend on a particular style of leadership and depend on wisdom of many and total consensus and we rule, and govern by conscious decisions and make this world better forever?
If we make, then, we don't have to depend on Avatar, or Leader or Saint, or this or that type of leader?
Even UNO should think about Veto power and think about all nations together lead it for better, with consensus,
We can make heaven on earth with such system with trustworthiness ....
Misuse by any person who breaks it.....nothing less than...one common decision...
...connectivity gone.
