Science and Spirituality accepts the fact that there are billions of galaxies in this Universe. There could be even Multiple Universe also possible, what, may be called as Multiverse. Few classical Advertisements/ Commercials: Around the World

Few classical Advertisements/ Commercials: Around the World:

1. Video Clip: Air Tel: Talking making Vanishing communication gaps:
I always say, artificial human barriers and human rivalry can destroy humanity in no time. When we talk about human existance, there should exist any barriers like country, race, this and that. The major reason being, already humanity has multiple dangers coming for/to them like asteroids, earthquakes, tsunami, floods, water shortage, pollution, oil shortage, diseases, and other millions of possibilities, and these artificial barriers can enhance the process of human extinction. Please do not laugh, but, its a fact. Hence, I liked this advertisement.

Dr. Ashish Manohar Urkude,

Is it the first time Human-beings have made classical progress?

Is it the first time Human-beings have made classical progress?

The answer is no.

Wise men say no.

They claim that several times humanity raised its creativity, and several times they went down due to natural calamity or some unforseen circumstances created by human beings for themselves.

If you take example from any part of the world, you'll find the true and real stories of Atlantis, the story of Dwaraka, the ..... and at that time also we were at the peak of development of technology and other facts and figures. E.g. there is story of cloning in Mahabahrat, there were Agneyastra, Brahmastra, like Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) but they were in secure hand and once they went into wrong hands, everyone knows the History.

Thus, there were many such cycles, Ramayana occured some million years ago, that time also there was city of gold, ....

Ultimately it is the Spirit of Ethics, and Spiritual Values that have saved this world. ....

Discussion on "God knows how to run the system he created"

Discussion on "God knows how to run the system he created"

As youngies discuss few things on Web we also had same thing in our early childhood. There were classical discussion going on at my place, any time you come after studies and after daily routine is over.

I had knowledgeable friends and experienced-knowledgeable seniors who used to "love reading, reading and reading" and discussion on many topics under Sun. After almost 30 odd years there are few topics left for discussion except new Technologies and some evergreen subjects like "how to travel at the speed of light".

Once, we discussed about GOD-the Generator the Organiser and the Destroyer of this world.
We created to personalities and one side became Atheist and other became Believer.
In that also we had senior and juniors categories.
Mr. Atheist said,"There are so much chaos here, how does god run this world?"
A senior person- Mr. Believer, suddenly stepped in and asked him, "Do you have family?"
Mr. Atheist said,"Yes".
Mr. Believer, "Are all the person in your family happy?"
Mr. Atheist, "No."
Mr. Believer, "Then how can you expect the God who runs the every entity in the world to keep all of them happy? Good-Bad, Up-Down, Cheers-Sorrows, and good days and bad days are always part of life. Come on man, these are cycles in every one's life."

After a strong heated discussion, Mr. Atheist agreed Mr. Believer......

Dr. Ashish Manohar Urkude,

How much man needs? : Wise men's advices around the world

How much man needs? : Wise men's advices around the world

By gods grace, I was lucky enough to see the lives of the Fakir/ Sadhus/ Sanyasis/ Monks/ Fathers/ Mulla/ Maulavi/ Cardinels/ Babas/ and even Billionaires, Trillionairs, Middle class, Lower Middle Class, Higher Middle Class, Poor, and other every kind of human entity possible on earth.

While the needs of Fakirs was least the needs of new higher middle class or status conscious and esteem conscious people had the highest.

Everyone knows the story of Alexander the great and the Sadhu story. The Sadhu asked Alexander the great, "Why you require so much land, when one human being requires only three hand length of land?"
He proved Alexander that when burried humanbeing does not require more than his height full of land and some width of the box. Later he convinced Alexander that it is better to conquer one's mind than conquering the whole world. "Jitn Jagat Ken? Mano hi yen." (Sanskrit). It means "In this world who has won the world? But of Course, the person who ever has conquered his own mind and gain control over his life."

Hence, this question.

Earlier, Ram, the hero of Ramayana the Sanskrit epic, had already decided the limitations of human needs in every possible circumstances.

On the extreme other side, one rich man said, "If rich people do not have their rich needs, then there could not be certain businesses possible in this world".

Matured Democracies in the World: Watch USA Presidential Election 2008

Matured Democracies in the World: Watch USA Presidential Election 2008:

India as I found are the matured democracy, the major reason being the Wise people from contrasting and juxtaposing background come together and take wise decisions and thus collective wisdom runs the country. U.S.A. is also not much behind, people around the world are curiously watching presidential election in 2008. Thre are other prominant democracies in the world like Italy, U.K. , Australia, Canada, ................ but right now the breaking news, wire, live coverage are more about USA Presidential Election only.

Presently people are actively or passively discussing American Presidential Election, which is showing some maturity in their democracy. There are some emerging democracies around the world, which follow the style of Indian or USA or UK patterns, and they are also keeping keen track on this election. Elections always decides what majority of the people in that country really want and expect from the next ruling parties/ elected government.

Household Tips for betterment of life/ lives from global experts / seniors

Household Tips for betterment of life/ lives from global experts /seniors:

1. When you cut onions, put the upper caps to be thrown-off for few second near you nose. It will freshen you up and bright-up your brains.

2. If you face stomach ailments, put some water in the Copper vessel for night before going to sleep, and, drink that water just when you wake-up next morning.

3. When you un-wrap the wrapper of super-smelling/ scented soap, you can put that wrapper in your cloths for a night and your shirt, pant or any cloth can smell you fresh for the next day. Some times it smells better than deodorant or any other scent, hence, this trick.

4. You can keep yourself fit even while doing your household work provided you do them consciously and intelligently. E.g. never ever work for more than half an hour by keeping yourself standing. Take some rest after every half an hour. Stressing you self for work load can demoralise yourself and can hurt your body.

Global Talent Wars Amongst Global Opportunities for Talented and Skilled Professionals

Global Talent Wars Amongst Global Opportunities for Talented and Skilled Professionals:

Talent Pushers: Mainly top ranked Business Schools around the world and the organisations like GE which have become grooming hub and melting pot of the best practices and cultures in the world.

Talent Pullers: Top organisations which can maintain the stalwarts who allow them to "work and let work".

Talent Junk-Yards: Mainly parasitic organisations where you find lot of talent but rat race, office politics, and corruption stall the growth of real contributors and creative brains.

Talent Bins: Many top organisations hire top class professional pay them high but do not allow them to contribute, as their management feels they are 'already great'.

Talent Destroyers: If you have observed the '' advertisement in which the boss do not allow his subordinate to be creative and fast solution finders and implementers. There are more such happenings in such organisations that literally destroy the talents, due to some obvious reasons. One reason could be fear of losing authority or say in the organization or even fear of loosing job to some talented young person.

Talent Developers: Many Business and Management and even Engineering and Arts and Commerce Schools, and Music Schools, Hotel Management Schools, could be Talent developers. Even you might observe that few artists, skilled workforce develop their skills under some senior's guidance and become real contributors. They may not be known to the world but they are talented people and organisations or the leaders who influence them are also Talent Developers.

Talent Retainers: Just read this article on the best places for career: . All Fortune 1000 organisations are trying to retain talents. Even you may observe that there may be a case when Talents are siphoned out of Public Sector Organisations but how many? But, maximum 20%, rest 80% Talent live with public sector due to Job Security and many other reasons like, work and life balance or for interpersonal excellence and understanding developed in their organisations.

Talent Catchers: Public and Private Sector organisations which have ability to show concern for their employees for short term and long term benefits.

Talent Glam: There is lot of glam attached to the Talent now a day that you become hit in one movie overnight. E.g. In the Hollywood, the hero in the James Bond movie could become glam hero overnight. The Superman, the Spiderman, the Terminator, kinds of Super heroic action movie hero even become icon and idol for many around the world. In Hindi movies on the other hand, Hritik Roshan became hero overnight after his “Kaho Na Pyar Hai”, Amir Khan became household name after “Qayamat se Qayamat tak” and “Tare Zamin Par” and “Lagaan”, Amitabh Bachchan became household name after “Sholay” and other his movies. Accepted they are talented but the glam they observe in their life is beyond imagination of common man. Any how now a day even Talented Scientists, Leaders, Bureaucrats, and people who try to become hero overnight due some Talent also get glam touch.

Talent Evacuators: Few Public Sectors have evacuated almost 20% of their talents to private sectors. On the other hand these Talents who have moved out do not remain stagnant and keep jumping from one organisation to other as they like new challenges and work environment or some other reason.

Future Talent Creators: Mainly parents, family business or artists and professionals having heredity for some talent; and schools like business, leadership, politics, engineering, arts, and music schools.

Talent Encourager: Parents and organisations who really know how to manage the creativity of talented people and how to encourage them. Many organisations have created conducive atmosphere and/ or given some incentives for talented people.
