This photograph is there on the sfgate.com, website. USA Natinoal Guardman is holding his position even after the torrential rains of almost 50 centimeters and is protecting citizens, directing them to safe places.

India:

In Bihar province, Kosi river is flowing into lands and in Assam province there is Brahmputra river. They have covered area of almost twice that of Switzerland. Again Military personnel are helping citizens. The trust they build during such emergencies is beyond words.
